Bagels & Schmears
We don't feel like we're boasting when we say these are the best bagels in Australia. We labour hard to get them right, from a two day cold-fermentation process to using the best malt we can get our hands on, and, of course, boiling. Unlike the majority of bagels out there, we never steam our bagels, so they're rustic and chewy, the way the original New York and Polish artisan bakers intended.

We currently service the following areas: Eastern Suburbs, Sydney CBD, Inner West and the lower North Shore. On selected days we cover the Northern Beaches as well. We do not yet deliver to the Western Suburbs, South Sydney, the Hills District, and the upper North Shore. We accept orders two days in advance before 4pm. For example, Sunday orders need to be place before 4pm on Friday.

Yes, brown is beautiful. We've created this pumpernickel bagel from scratch, infusing it with organic wheat flour, burnt caramel and other goodness. This is no ugly duckling; its our deepest, darkest (tasty) secret.
OK, it's known in New York as the "midwest abomination", but our use of real American blueberries and all-natural ingredients means that this is an inauthentic bagel that's hard not to love. No sugar glaze, no blueberry colouring – just great fruit flavour.
